1. Introduction
Welcome to KeyHay. By accessing and using the website KeyHay.com (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
KeyHay is an e-commerce platform specializing in game accounts, game top-up services, AI and licensed tool accounts, and CS2 Skin trading. We operate under Vietnamese law and are committed to protecting user rights.
2. Eligibility
• Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Each person may only own one KeyHay account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the Service.
3. Products & Services
KeyHay provides the following products and services:
a) Game Accounts: Pre-created game accounts with full credentials. After purchase, you should immediately change the password and security information.
b) AI & Licensed Tool Accounts: ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe, Figma accounts... shared or private, owner upgrades. Each product has a specific validity period stated in the description.
c) Game Top-ups: Top-up services for popular games. You must provide correct game information (UID, username...) to ensure accurate top-up.
d) CS2 Skins: Counter-Strike 2 skin trading. Skin prices may fluctuate with the market.
e) Web/App Development: Website design and mobile app development. Timeline and process are individually agreed upon for each project.
We strive to describe products as accurately as possible but do not guarantee 100% accuracy. If you find a product not matching its description, please contact support for resolution.
4. Payment
• All prices listed on KeyHay are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise noted.
• We accept payments via: KeyHay Wallet, PayOS (bank transfer via QR), PayPal.
• Wallet payments are processed automatically and immediately.
• PayOS/PayPal payments are processed after the system confirms a successful transaction.
• You may not use fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
• KeyHay reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Delivery
• Most products are delivered automatically within 1-5 minutes after successful payment.
• Account credentials are displayed on the order page and sent to your registered email.
• Some special products may require manual processing, with delivery within 1-24 hours.
• If a product is out of stock, admin will process within 24 hours or issue a full refund.
• KeyHay is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events.
6. Refunds & Returns
KeyHay Refund Policy:
a) Eligible for refund:
• Product doesn't match description (e.g., rank, level, skins don't match).
• Account locked/error within the first 24 hours after purchase (not due to your actions).
• Product not received within 24 hours after payment.
b) NOT eligible for refund:
• You've changed the password or used the account.
• Account locked due to game publisher violations (hacking, cheating...).
• More than 24 hours since receiving the product.
• Service products (top-ups, boosting) that have been completed.
c) Refund process:
1. Go to Dashboard → Orders → Select order → Report Issue.
2. Describe the issue in detail with evidence (screenshots if possible).
3. Admin will review within 24-48 hours.
4. Refund will be credited to your KeyHay wallet.
7. Prohibited Conduct
When using KeyHay, you must NOT:
• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to hack, attack, or damage the system.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions.
• Commit payment fraud or use unauthorized payment methods.
• Resell your KeyHay account to others.
• Provide false information when contacting support.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service.
• Defame, harass, or threaten support staff.
Violations may result in: permanent account suspension, wallet balance forfeiture, and potential legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
• KeyHay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum compensation liability is limited to the value of the related order.
• We do not guarantee the service will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• KeyHay is not responsible when game publishers change policies affecting products.
• You bear full responsibility for how you use products after delivery.
9. Changes to Terms
KeyHay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or website announcements. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
